Also included in this recent photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend labelling different parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for boat shelters.
